Do you have a general motivation to explore YOU?
Have you asked yourself questions such as:
…Why I am so tired and emotionally empty?
…Am I on the right track?
…What might be presenting barriers?
…Why do I feel needy?
…Why aren’t my medications working for me?
…Why do I feel so overwhelmed and unappreciated?
Have you done some self-exploration already? ("I have done this and that, read the books, attended a retreat")
Do you understand and have enough trust in the process and your Therapist to work collaboratively with a Therapist in building your individual therapeutic intervention to regain centering?
Do you already have a goal for what self-discovery/take-away you might achieve?
Do you have a positive vision for your relationships (personal and professional), wellness, spirituality, etc?
